No experience with that particular vendor, but I did have a similar experience earlier this year. A vendor here in Mexico which I had used before took my order for plants late last year, and then nothing happened for a couple of months. Their web site went down and my emails bounced. I thought they had gone out of business and disappeared with the money.
Then it turned out they forgot to pay the bill for hosting or whatever, which I found out later when I tried contacting them over WhatsApp. Technical issues, basically. The lights came back on. They sent me my plant right after that (I think they genuinely didn't know there was an issue) along with a couple of bonus plants that were each about equal in value. So that more than made up for the delay, in my mind.
