When I saw 'Treebeard' and 'Legolas' (first at Young's and then in Lynn's box!), I knew there had to be a series. LTR is probably my all time favorite "read," so you know I'll have to find them all eventually... so thanks for this thread!

I saw a mention of "Gabrielle" and thought maybe just mis-remembering of 'Galadriel', because I can't imagine an LTR series without her name. Here's a link, looks like the same hybridizer, didn't bother trying to translate the rest: http://www.sempervivum-liste.d...

Gildor & Gondor were the Twin Cities, Butterbur is an inkeeper who is more wise than he lets on, and Fredegar "Freddie" Bolger is a sensible hobbit who figures into the very first and last parts of the story.

(I think "Gabrielle" might have been a sidekick character in "Zena, Warrior Princess" Whistling )
