Ouch- to NMoasis' plants! Been there Whistling
I have a few succulents that went in individual pots for windowsills for winter. Now I'll think of making a group for summer. I used to have a maple near my deck that gave me moving shade all morning till the roofline brought the afternoon shade on. It was a great situation for plants on the deck. Now its full morning sun and pots can get pretty hot hot for a few hours midsummer.
Plant it and they will come.
