Yes
@GigiPlumeria I have heard back from The Adenium Store. I resent an email I had received from them at the time of placing my order. I was not able to phone or find their email address as the site was under construction. I had also checked FaceBook and there was no email or phone either so I started to get suspicious that they had just kept my (as well as possibly many other people's) money and had no intention of sending the seeds. Thankfully, I had saved their original email to me otherwise I had no way of contacting them. Just now checked and see the site is back up (so my suspicion was unwarranted) with a bit of a different look. Anyway, what transpired is as follows. Since I have a mobility issue I only attend my post office box maybe every 3-4 weeks to pick up mail. When I contacted the Adenium Store they gave me a tracking number. Using this number I was able to follow the parcel's route. It seems that the parcel was sent out shortly after it was ordered and it reached Canada and my post office box. Canada Post places a card in the box notifying customers that there is a parcel and that parcel is only held for 15 days and then returned to sender. Well, according to the tracker the parcel was sent back to the U.K. because I hadn't picked it up. This makes me furious because I don't understand why Canada Post could not have placed the actual package in the box. The package would have been small enough to fit I believe. The Adenium Store reply was polite and they state they have not received the package yet (may be held up somewhere in U.K.???) but they want to see what can be done for me. I really want those seeds, am anxious to plant some this summer. There was a variety: adeniums. birds of paradisde, cactus, bat flower, etc. Canadfa Post
Won't change their policy of holding for only 15 days. So, now, I am waiting to see what the Adenium Store decides.
@Crawgarden, thank you for the positive and negative comments about the Adenium Store which you provided. Very interesting.
