I think the last photo is the only one that is portulaca. The first four are purslane and I'm saying that from looking at the leaves.

And I could be wrong Whistling

As for me, I've always had portulaca in the ground and purslane in baskets.

Portulaca reseeds fine but I've never had purslane reseed for me. I "think" Becky has had purslane reseed for her.

I also think purslane would do fine in the ground, but I love the way it trails so I keep it in baskets.

I had to cut my portulaca back this morning as it had gotten so leggy. Hate it when I have to do that but it will come back soon.
