Found this in and around the garden.
1. Leafhopper is my best guess based on appearance and behavior (jumpy little critters)
2. I want to say Whitefly, but it looks so slender.
3. No idea, buried deep in an old unused container with old soil, sat on the knuckle of my index finger for size reference
