Here is and update of my mis-tagged 10+ year old Aloe Donnie that turned out to be Christmas Carol.

Sometimes it is a blessing when I am too busy and have no time to pluck the babies. The babies get bigger faster. I repotted this last April 2022 because it was getting too leggy. I am glad I didn't top this off and just let it grow, this looks really happy. The bare stems are now hidden with the offsets. Maybe 🤔 I will keep it like this for some time.

March 2022, what it looked like at repotting:

I sprayed it with water with some dilution of hydrogen peroxide to clean the dirt around the stem and hopefully prevent rot.


April 2013 - purchased as clearance then placed in a mini-garden where it stayed for almost 10 years:
