I suppose if you had to choose which of your children that you loved best, it would be an unfair question.
I thought I had lost both of these irises over the winter as rot and gophers were on the attack in the constant moisture from the snow and rain that we got in late winter and early spring. Fortunately, I had Golden Panther in a mixed bed, far from the iris rows that I just discovered in bloom yesterday.
