It looks right for R. foetida. 'Harison's Yellow' is quite double, so that's not it.

If it's the species, R. foetida, it should have a kind of funky smell (the Latin name refers to the 'fetid' smell). Thinking

When hybridized, though, the not-very-popular odor of the species combines with the 'true rose' fragrance of other roses to create a fruity scent which is now fairly common and popular. Before the Pernetianas, very few roses were described as having fruity perfumes.
