In home gardens, fruit trees of similar size are often planted 2 or 3 to a hole or in a row with a tree every 3 or 4 ft. They then form a single tree canopy but ... The rows and holes are spaced every 20 ft AND the trees are of similar mature size. I can't see your orchard of disparate sized trees growing so close ever working. Some trees will survive and take over (mango and avocado) but the rest will be lost.
