Region: Europe Roses Sedums Sempervivums
What is this species of wasp, several of them like to go inside the substrate for my Sempervivum succulent plants.
They either enter the holes on the side of the containers or enter from the top of the container. The holes are 3.5mm/0.138inches (I used a 3.5mm drill bit), so that gives some good reference for their size.
Most of the containers contain some sort of organic soil and a lot perlite, so there is a bit of room I guess where they can maneuver, especially around the inside edge of the containers.
The total length of the wasp seems to be 10mm / 0.4inches

What are they doing there?
