dormantsrule. I picked up Stainless Steel this year also. I love it and it is doing very good.

I have been buying Heucheras since back when they brought out Amber Wave. Do you remember that dud? Rolling on the floor laughing I felt like such a failure. I did manage to baby it along for 2 years before it gave up.

I joined a Yahoo co-op 7 yrs ago and purchased a bunch of Terra Nova Hercs liners. Out of the 100 I purchased I have only one that survived.

My best ones are the villosa and from PP so those are the ones I have purchased this year.

At this point I visit my local nursery at the end of the season and purchase their 50-75% off sale. I will not pay full price for them. I have found I am getting better results by giving them a light fert treatment once in the Spring, Summer, and Fall. Then put some homemade compost around them in the Fall.

Picked these up at my local Nursery 75% off sale in March and the cost was 20.00 for all of them. So far they are all alive but they do not look good after this hot no rain summer.
