I think Lacewings eggs too. I haven't seen aphids and lacewings lately on my desert roses, maybe there is such a thing as too hot and humid for the aphids I was out this morning at my backporch that gets the morning sun and not even 9 am and I was dripping wet! It is like a sauna!
