I thought I would be able to find the ID for this one searching online but I've come up empty.
This was growing in Siskiyou County of Northern California at about 5,400 ft elevation.
It was almost shrub-like, about 2-2.5 feet high. There were large groupings of these plants so I'm surprised I couldn't find anything.
