I think it's much more involved than what you eat. A friend and I went into the corn field of the neighboring farmer for some corn (with his permission), and I was getting chewed up and bugs all over me and had to get out, while she had absolutely nothing. We spent weekends on the same farm eating the same exact food and I know she ate during the week like me as well. It's probably individual scents or pheronomes or something ridiculous that you can't change, and it's probably the same reason why every male dog I encounter humps me.
