This plant really lives up to its name. I took a picture on July 5 ( my birthday) of the crazy buds

The plant proceeded to spend them all in a burst of exuberance, like the flowers were fighting. It bloomed from July 5th to the 22nd and then it was done.

Last year ( it was planted the Fall of 2021) was very different. It began blooming on July 1st and also ended its first round on the 22nd. There was a nice rebloom August 31- September 17, with 7 more flowers but I didn't have the onslaught I had this year. Who knows? Maybe I'll see a late rebloom this year too, that would be great.
