I think your tree looks mostly healthy. I see one leaf yellowing which appears to be an older one. As Tiffany @purpleinopp said, leaves don't live forever. If the younger leaves were yellowing, that would be concerning. I also agree with Tiffany that it would probably benefit from an even larger pot despite its being in that one only 4 months.

Are you definitely keeping it moist at all times? If so it might be too much. Roots need some air. Most plants respond well if the soil almost dries out before remoistening.

I have a concern for the long-term future of the tree, and that is the braided trunks. This is not natural. It was manually done when the young stems were younger and limber. Trunks generally grow by expanding in diameter. These entertwined trunks can't do that in the places where they are trapped between each other. Maybe they will eventually graft together in the appressed zones and develop a continuous vascular system that way. I'd be interested to know what happens over the years!
