Your photos aren't clear enough. There are various disorders and diseases that cause black spots, and most must be distinguished by varying traits; colors of surrounding rings, depth of lesions, when they appear etc.
I see at least two issues. I think one is known as yellow shoulders or similar names. Can be from sun damage or nutritional deficiency. Is the flesh hard and white beneath those pale areas? Info about this:

There are good resources online about dark lesions on tomatoes. Anthracnose or bacterial spot are two suspects. Here is some information

Could also be little holes started by insects that allowed rot to take hold. Sorry to be so vague, but as you can tell from previous answers, sometimes diagnoses require some detective work.
Are you growing heirlooms? They are much more susceptible to diseases than hybrids. If so, are you growing them in a bed where you've previously grown heirlooms?
