You will probably damage the Monstera a lot in trying to remove it. As Sally said, it's better to add a moss pole than try to change it. The plant is so young you really don't need to repot it, unless you want to put it in a fancy pot. It can stay in that pot for a couple of years before it needs to be shifted.
