Since I'm in zone 6, I have to overwinter my POTTED elephant ears. I don't have the room or a good place to grow it indoors for the winter. On one site I came across, it said that buyers should avoid letting Illustris go into dormancy during the winter months. Does anyone know why they would say that? Have other gardeners successfully overwintered Illustris in a dormant state? Thanks so much for your help!!
