HI,
It's very dehydrated. I wonder what's going on with the roots.
I had one once, I swore I was watering it ok, but finally I pulled it out and the top was moist and the bottom bone dry.

I would pull it up and see what the soil and roots look like.
Or-
Water it, then put the whole thing in a clear plastic bag for humidity.

Or, wait for more opinions. Smiling
Plant it and they will come.
