I planted Castle Pinkney in my zone 7b north Georgia garden in Oct 2022, and it bloomed on June 7, 2023. That is particularly notable because it survived our highly unusual deep flash freeze in December 2022, which took out many daylilies in the area. The pink color is stunning in the garden. Although not the registered bloom size of 7.5, it was nonetheless large for its first year in the garden.
