Strangely, I don't get mites anymore. I have not had them for over 10 years. I used to fight them when I grew a forest of big broadleaf tropicals like heliconias, Etlingeras, and large growing species of Calathea. But I haven't had them in forever. My pests now are mealybugs, scale and the occasional thrip
