These days I put most of my heat in the ponds in the greenhouse (multiple heaters per pond for redundancy) and use supplemental heating for the rest of the greenhouse as needed, since everything put in the pond ends up heating the space. Every year I threaten to put one of the new high efficiency mini splits into the big greenhouse, but so far have not.
