You have to kill the larvae in the soil by watering in crumbled mosquito donuts. Then you have to make soil conditions uncomfortable by letting the soil in the pots dry somewhat before you water. You can try catching the adults with yellow sticky traps. If they persist, pour vinegar or drano down you sink drains then flush the drains with hot water.
