I love lupins and to see a display like that is spectacular to me, fancy having that lot in your borders! Unfortunately the judges at the show thought otherwise and only gave that nursery a Silver Medal for all that work!
The fruit and flower came from Waitrose a supermarket chain and the National Farmers Union, and was spectacular as you will see when my Articles are published. They won a Gold for that and at Chelsea as well.
I love the way they combine fruit and vegetables with the floristry, it is very clever. It was a massive display and a lot of work, but that is what it needs to get a Gold Medal, in some cases.
