Yes and even during the winter months with out pollinating, I got seed pods. I let the pods turn red and planted but nothing came out of them. I think they were sterile even through they developed. It took 6 months for them to turn red.
I personally hate to see them bloom due to ending the growing cycle for the node, but they do pup so much that you can't notice anything.
