Rainy day here and uninspiring. I might take a couple packs of ramen noodles and dress them up with added asian sauces, peas and carrots, some leftover pork cut up small, and make this in a skillet so I can drop some eggs in to cook/poach/simmer.
Tomorrow should be better, I have sourdough to bake in the dutch oven. Planning a soup with that. Bean with ham, carrots, celery, onion, and some other veg sometimes sneak in there. I have an 8 ounce ham steak I think it's be enough that the guys think they're eating hearty but I feel we're watching our meat intake. I'll try some of the ham seasoning I got at the dutch market.
Plant it and they will come.
