I got Bertie Ferris in 2016 and it has done very well in my zone 6b garden. I have not seen rust on it. Even though the scapes are only 20" tall, they hold the blooms nicely above the foliage. I couldn't find a good picture showing branching and bud count, but this picture has a couple of scapes in the back that look pretty good.

It has multiplied very well, but I didn't get a clump shot of it this year.

All the blooms that I've noticed are perfect and symmetrical. I hesitate to say how long it blooms because I sort of quit taking pictures of all the perfect blooms on it. But it does bloom for a few weeks in mid to late June.
