The subject of Will came up in the weather thread, but I thought I would respond to it here. I do not want to speak for him, but for whatever reason, Will is not responding. He has probably received the cards and letters from friends here. He may feel overwhelmed at home. I know from personal experience with depression that the more I put off responding to people, the harder and harder it became to respond. The mind plays tricks on one, and even acknowledging the affectionate inquiries of friends or feeling that an "explanation" is required becomes overwhelming to deal with. So much easier to just put it off. I'm not saying he is depressed. I also know that not every depressed person reacts in the same way. But he does have a lot on his plate.
