Jerrie, everything that Anjjela posted is true. When the roots are coming out the bottom of the pot it's time to pot up one size. I used to grow AV and I had a bunch of them.

Did you know that all you have to do is break off one leaf and stick it in a pot and it will make another plant in no time? They are very easy to propagate and are fun to collect. You can give them away for party favors, birthdays, and gifts for the garden club social events. Good luck with repotting. Lovey dubby
