I can't really tell you but I suspect bud break will be earlier this year (your tree is in bud swell, bud brake will show some pink) - its just been so warm this winter. The best opportunity to control Peach Leaf Curl is in fall and winter but you have one more chance - this spray will be less effective as the leaf curl spores are already at work (note the red areas on the twigs). Now its time for delayed-dormant spray when you should be using a horticultural spray and copper sulfate with a pesticide to get those overwintering bugs.

My weather forecast is for rain Wednesday and then dry until next Tuesday. I think if you have 48 hours of dry weather, the spray will work.
