Hmmm...lemon scents?
I'd recommend Lemon Balm (aka "Melissa"), very easy to grow and use. And I always grow Lemon Verbena each years as well; excellent for teas and potpourri.
Lemon beebalm (not to be confused with Lemon balm, different genus) might be interesting to you as well, dogpack.
I grew Lemon Basil one year but wasn't overly impressed with it, too. And each year I grow Lemon Grass, mostly for customers who expect me to offer it each year. I've done nothing with it except cook a few Oriental meals some years but PLUS last year I weaved ("wove"?) some of the leaves into a braided wand...I meant to light it up once dry to see if it gave off a nice lemon scent. Now where is that thing....
