Hi All,
I've been watching a lot of YouTube videos recently about using garlic or banana water to fertilize and encourage leaf growth or new blooms on green flower stalks that are done blooming. Has anybody else watched these videos or know about this? I tried blending together banana peel and garlic with water and I'm using it to encourage new growth on the stems that are attached to my mother Phal. I think (maybe?) I see a tiny green nub appearing where I clipped a cotton pad (soaked in the solution) to the flower stalk. I know it will take three months or more to see remarkable growth but I'm wondering if it's worth it to go through all this? I made a large batch of the stuff and was also curious if it's ok to keep it covered and stored under my sink. Should it be Refrigerated? Any help or ideas would be much appreciated! Thanks!
