I see nothing to be concerned about on the leaves. Stay watchful of course but that looks like a pretty normal Echeveria to me.

That pot is quite small for the plant, so you know. You might want to move it up to a container roughly the width of the plant. But now is probably not a good time, given you just acquired the plant and it is winter. I am assuming this is an indoor plant, and you are north of the subtropics. I can provide more advice on this, for down the road.

If this is an indoor plant, the more natural light, the better. Ideally find a place right in front of your sunniest southerly facing window.
