I have garden tools like that from Wolf-Garten, all with removable handles so I can swap them to short, medium or long length. They might seem a bit pricey, but they have a 35 year warranty and they are so comfortable to use. When I think about all the garden tools that broke and rusted that I had to toss out and rebuy, I'm just sorry I didn't know about them 40 years ago to buy back then. I would have been much cheaper off in the long run.
