My petunias are consistently up in 5 days, and if they aren't germinated by day 7 it's rare to have them appear after that.

I'm trying to figure out a way to make pelleted seed last longer than a year. I have unpelleted seeds last for years, sometimes 4 or 5. If they're pelleted, by year 2 they're down to 20% success.
