Thanks for the tips on my toe Dr. D! TBH I just about take urgent care care with a grain of salt, but our insurance requires urgent care to be the first visit. The darn shoe does nothing because it hurts the most when I lift my toe, so the shoe does not stop one from lifting the toe.
It's amazing how often we lift our big toe without thinking.
I had a hard time figuring out what movement was most painful on day 1 and day 2, at urgent care, but it's become obvious ever since. I am also using the Arnicare on it.
