We moved into our home 2 years ago and there is (what I think is) a Japanese Maple growing near the driveway. Half of the tree is growing upward and tall, while the smaller half is growing back down toward the ground (almost like a weeping style). If you zoom in on the pic, you can see the weeping style at the base. What is going on and what do I do with this?
