Pretty iris! Unfortunately, there are many historic light blue irises--I think it will be impossible to identify. You could browse the Historic Iris Preservation Society iris gallery for potential cultivars, but it could also be an unregistered seedling.
Is this the first year bloom? Sometimes first year blooms are a little misshapen or off color, so that may make identification harder.
Even if you find a potential match, you must purchase the known iris from a reputable vendor and grow it along side your NOID to compare to make sure it is an exact match.
I would just grow the iris and enjoy it, without a name. Smiling
