Thank you. I had read bits and pieces over the years.

I have used plastic quick connects in the past and have used plumbing tape on one but this hose was forgotten till fall and by then it was bonded.

I need to charge up the Dremel tool batteries. I can't lose. If I mess the threads up, the plumber can catch it on his next visit. That would be cheaper than calling him in a panic when I broke the whole mess loose.
