Right now we are at 2 weeks post-op exactly, and I asked the wrist doc in my email if I should be doing those things. Not sure what exactly I'm supposed to be massaging other than the incision site.... hand, wrist, forearm? Confused

For sure it ain't the knees or thighs, which are again in a holding pattern.

I should also look into special lotions for scar healing? Vitamin E? Confused

What bothers me worse (at rest) than the wrist is my tailbone (which tbh was sometimes uncomfy prior to this incident....arthritis or something else?). We don't see how I could have whacked that, but there's some discomfort there, in certain positions, and those awful hospital beds didn't help. Glare
