I bought it from Annie's Annuals a few years ago, when their site was calling it Lychnis viscaria. I see that Annie's Annuals now calls this plant Viscaria oculata, but there's strong evidence that this name is a synonym of Silene coeli-rosa. The last I heard, the final decision on this identification had not been made yet, but I'm fairly certain the matter will be resolved soon. Viscaria and Lychnis aren't even recognized as genera any longer.
