Initially the system will likely only support the United States because that's the only data set I have been able to get. Cities close to the US will work because the data is very close. For example, Vancouver will work because it's so close to Blaine, WA (the nearest station).

Being able to add in custom data, however, will be something that I will work to get supported, maybe even there for launch! All I really need to know is the average first frost date and I can make it work. I would love to support major cities all around the world.
