I wonder if watering seedlings with dilute hydrogen peroxide would bleach those worms to death.

Some sites advise diluting down to 0.1 or 0.2 % (1:32 or 1"16 dilution if you start with 3% H2O2).
That's 1-2 ounces per quart.

Some experienced gardeners use it stronger, at least for soaking hard-shelled seeds, without ill effect.
