Just a quick question with the Dahlia's... I've never grown them before, i was reading about a few of them.. Now if they state say 24" tall and 24" wide.. Is this what i am to expect from one root planted?? or is this over a few years time?? Like i said i've never grown these before so just trying to get an idea on size...
