Stokes is one of my faves. Look at Multifloral & Miniflora groups that are spreading or a bit mounded. Ones that have a height of 8 to 10" with over 18" stem length. The groups that they have as bedding plant and grandifloral are more upright and don't suit a hanging basket. 5 or 6 plants for 12" basket. 7 or 8 for 16" basket

note: Tidal Waves will need a very large basket 24" dia and at least 10" depth.
