I would be upset too, I hope my post didn't lead you to believe different. I rarely pay $50 for a SF daylily and thankfully, I've gotten good dayllilies when I did or I too, would be very disapppointed and mad. You have every right to leave negative feedback if you can't get a response from the seller that assures you of better service.

I think anyone who ships should always send out shipping information so the buyer will know to be on the lookout for their packages. Really, baring an accident of somekind, there isn't much excuse not to now days. If a computer problem comes up, most folks can even overcome that pretty easily nowdays.

I would say, it's not necessary for your great, really great freind, to take the plants out everyday. Yes, they will be happier, but they are very very hardy and will do good just setting in the garage until warmer weather comes. In fact, unless you are having sub=freezing, they could be ok just outside next to a building so they are sheltered against the worst weather. I have no iddea how cold you are getting now, we're going to have 38 degrees tonight, which is terribly cold for us this time of the year. Our freaky Spring is not helping our daylilies!!! 38 will not hurt a daylily at all, just slows growth and right now, mine really need to grow.

I think it makes all of us sad that you've had a bad experience buying on the LA. I know it does me. I sure hope that whoever you bought from will step up and make all the necessary steps to make your purchase a better experience.
