Linda - I've always made sure to pick the garage in advance. There are a few here I trust implicitly with my car - more so than the dealer garage who outsources their work anyway!
...and big hail isn't all that common around here. We got grapefruit sized a couple of years ago. The panels are rated for 3" hail, but not large fruit!
