Interesting thread. $1300.00 plumeria would sure take the fun out of this, unless of course I'm the one getting the 1300.00 haha. The trouble with Kapalua is it so hard to root. Went to Exotic Plumeria with the intent to buy a rooted one but at least 1/3 were rotting in the pots. To expensive to gamble on.
